Neighborhood Pride Paint Program

As part of the City's Neighborhood Pride Paint Program, qualified homeowners interested in giving their homes a fresh coat of paint must submit an application packet to Sandi Medrano, Neighborhood Pride Paint Coordinator, before August 25 by 5 p.m.

Selection of owner-occupied homes or mobile homes will be based on a lottery.  Due to funding constraints, the number of owner-occupied homes or mobile homes selected to participate is limited. To qualify:
  • Homeowners must qualify by not exceeding maximum low-income limits determined by household size as defined by the U.S. Department of housing and urban development (HUD).
  • Owners may not have assets in excess of $120,000, excluding the value of the home.
  • Properties must be owner-occupied.
  • The existing exterior paint must be lead-free.
  • The home or mobile home must be in need of painting as determined by the city.
